ExemptAnalyst provides independent, third-party research on alternative investments and exempt market securities for Exempt Market Dealers (EMDs). Exempt Market Dealer registration, a new category of registration for entities dealing in alternative investments and exempt securities, requires stringent know-your-product (KYP) and suitability requirements.  Our research supports EMD internal due diligence processes and gate keeping practices adding an additional layer of security and confidence in the products they offer to their clients. In addition, our research is used by EMDs to identify a superior portfolio of investments options that provide attractive risk-adjusted returns.

It is important to understand that ExemptAnalyst is not a sales or marketing firm. We do not attract commissions, underwriting fees or accept compensation for favorable reports. Our sole source of revenue is from research – unbiased, straightforward, honest research.
